Engagement Review

In recent times, the approach to engagement with member co-ops has undergone a period of change. Feedback received via Regional Forums and other avenues has indicated that co-ops have found this quite challenging.

The purpose of the CEHL Co-op Engagement Review is to develop an approach to Program engagement that balances:

  • providing accessible and appropriate opportunities for member co-ops to influence Program development and implementation of the CEHL Board’s strategic priorities

  • making the most effective use of finite member co-op and CEHL time, resources and costs.

The objectives of the review are to:

  • obtain feedback on the current approach to engagement between CEHL and member co-ops

  • identify opportunities to improve the approach to Program engagement, to inform future engagement activities, including the development of the 2018 CEHL Co-op Engagement Plan

  • ensure that engagement opportunities reflect the roles and responsibilities of the Board, CEHL and member co-ops.

Feedback received through the review will be used to:

  • develop an action plan of ‘immediate improvements’ to Program engagement, including the 2018 CEHL Co-op Engagement Plan

  • contribute to the development of a more effective approach to Program engagement in the longer term, informing future engagement planning.

We are seeking your feedback on what is working well with the current approach to engagement and what could work better.
